Harly El Boustany

Harly participated in several seminars organized by the United Nations Development program in Amman about personal status affairs law, points of strength and weakness in the Lebanese Legislatures and CEDAW agreement and human rights.

Harley wrote a book about the Lebanese Penal las under the title of "The judicial procedures and the jurisprudence" that was published by the human rights institute at the lawyers syndicate in Beirut. He also composed another book under the title of "The justice of the events", the national plan for the human being rights under the collaboration with UNDP and the office of the high commissioner for the human being rights. He also wrote a guide related to the legal and guidance principales to protect the family council of the Arabic university, the University of the Arabic Countries.

In addition to other personal writings about different issues like children rights and their protection, the practicable and the applicable official politics, the medical responsibility, violence in its general and private aspect, and the international crimes.

Privatization Law, it consists of state, federal and local legislation which governments must respect when contracting public services to privately held corporate entities. Governments must ensure that all laws dealing with, as examples; employment and the quality of goods and services offered through privatization are upheld.

Telecommunication Law, is a broad area of practice which includes legislation for television and radio broadcasting, cable systems and transmission, wireless networks, radio frequencies and multimedia to name a few.

Media Law, is the area of law that deals with telecommunications, print sources such as newspapers and periodicals as well as digital information. Media law includes policies and regulations dealing with a vast array of subjects from defamation, libel, breach of confidence to privacy.

Arbitration, is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts, wherein the parties to a dispute refer it to one or more persons (the "arbitrators", "arbiters" or "arbitral tribunal"), by whose decision (the "award") they agree to be bound.

Insurance Law, includes insurance policies and claims. It deals with the regulation of the business of insurance and regulation of claim handling. Insurance regulation governs the business of insurance is aimed at assuring the solvency of insurance companies.

Landlord and Tenant Law, regulates the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants and empowers applications such as seeking extension of a lease or some other action or dispute concerning tenancy.
